explanation design uxThe HEART framework to measure user experience is introduced in a post by appcue. The framework is a mix of micro and macro measurement and included the details relevant for different stages of the business life cycle.
Using the framework as a guide, it is possible to work on implementing and altering features to produce an interface that helps the users quickly accomplish their tasks.
